The GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) program at Jupiter Institutions is a 3-year diploma course, followed by a mandatory 6-month internship, making it a complete 3.5-year program.

Yes. GNM is open to students from any stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts). You must have passed 10+2/PUC with a minimum of 40% marks and be at least 17 years old.

The GNM program is affiliated with the Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board (KSDNEB) and recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC).

Students receive hands-on training at Jupiter’s multi-specialty hospitals in Nelamangala and partner hospitals across Bangalore, covering emergency, maternity, and pediatric care.

After GNM, you can work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in hospitals, community health centers, or as a home care nurse, and later upgrade to Post Basic BSc Nursing.
